Program: Protected Program
Description: Versions after 2.0: The 64-bit or debug module failed to create a sub-process. If possible try using the non-debug module. For Intel Mac OS X this error may occur occasionally due to a bug in the Panther & Tiger operating systems (it is fixed for Leopard and newer). In this case please trap the error and try to check the protection again. Please contact Microcosm if you get this error on OS X Panther or Leopard.
Versions before 2.0: Could not create subprocess. This can be caused if the current directory is longer than 50 characters. We recommend you change the current directory to a short path e.g. c: before calling the dongle. Upgrading the software will also solve this problem.
All versions: This problem could also be caused by anti-virus software blocking the executions of the subprocess. In this case you must add the debug module to the list of exceptions in the anti-virus program so this does not happen.
