Please include as much information as possible about your problem, such as:
- Your SDSN.
- The number of dongles and/or devices affected by the problem.
- The type and model of the affected dongle(s) (e.g. Dinkey 1S, Dinkey FD Plus, Dinkey Pro Net).
- Which operating system(s) the problem occurs on.
- Which protection method(s) you use (Shell, API or both).
- All error codes and extended error codes displayed by the protected software and/or SDK utilities.
- The version of the SDK that was used to lock your protected software, if you are unable to use the latest version for some reason.
- Whether the problem occurs every time the dongle is accessed, or — if the problem is intermittent — how often it occurs.
This list is not exhaustive. Please also include any other relevant information in as much detail as you can.
