Error 1207 occurs when we try to create a temporary file in the temporary directory. The file will start with dps... It is most likely that an anti-virus program has blocked this file from being created. In this case you should make the file an exception from your anti-virus program (or you could make the folder an exception). Another possibility is to submit the offending file to the anti-virus manufacturer as a "false positive". Then they should update their anti-virus program to not detect it as a virus.
