This error means that a subprocess created by a Shell-protected application is not responding. It has probably been blocked by an anti-virus program.
In the short term please make this program an exception to the anti-virus program. Also contact Microcosm about this problem giving details of the anti-virus program that is doing the blocking. We will then contact the anti-virus company to remove this false positive.
If you are using the SDK version 7.5.0.0 or older then you should upgrade to the latest SDK and protect your software. This may solve the problem.
If none of these steps solve the issue then you can re-protect your software with DinkeyAdd but disable the "extra anti-debug" feature which is listed in the Shell Method options in the (edit) programs tab of DinkeyAdd.
