This error can only occur in the debug module not the standard release module.

The error code means that a sub-process that we have created has been shutdown or prevented from writing files.

This is most likely caused by an anti-virus program. In our experience Symantec Endpoint Protection can cause this error. In this case you need to disable the SONAR settings (under Proactive Threat Protection).
