There seems to be a conflict with the Keylok dongle drivers.

Problem: There is a conflict with the Keylok dongle drivers for 32-bit Windows operating systems. The Keylok and Dinkey drivers both have the same name: usbkey.sys. So, if you install the Microcosm drivers it overwrites the Keylok drivers and vice versa.

Solution:

This solution works for setupdrv versions 3.3.4 and higher.
