Description: Error accessing the dongle. The extended error code contains more information. If your program does not display this then ask the user to run DDLook which will display the extended error. The most likely reason for this error is because the internal dongle memory has got corrupted.

Solution: Unfortunately, the only solution is to ask the customer to return the dongle to you and then re-program it with DDAdd.
