You are specifying a <prodcode.ini> (or <prodcode.conf> for Linux) file to direct your protected program to find the location of DinkeyServer. However, i this file there is one of the following problems:
1) IPaddress/machine:port specified has a bad format
2) The machine name specified does not resolve to a valid IP address. If you are running your protected program under Linux and want to find a Windows server and specify a machine anme then you must make sure that Samba is installed and winbind enabled.
