Description: This program is not in the list of protected programs in the dongle (specified in DDAdd). It could be that it is the wrong dongle for this program OR that you have deleted this program from the program list inside the dongle (using DDRemote). Please note that if you specified a long filename in DDAdd then we will shorten it to an 8.3 type filename to be stored in the dongle. Use DDLook to find out the names of the programs stored in the dongle.
