No dongles detected. Please check the following:

• Check the dongle is attached to the computer
• Have the dongle drivers been installed correctly (see article below for details on how to do this).
• Check that the dongle is listed in Windows Device Manager. It should be listed as "Software Security Token" | "USB Security Key" and show no errors.

If the dongle drivers have been installed OK and the dongle is correctly detected by the Operating System then the led should be on.
